Parents & Friends

Parents and Friends

The Heber Parents and Friends (Heber P&F) are a group of parent volunteers looking to enhance the community spirit and raise funds that will go towards projects, events, and equipment for the benefit of all the children attending Heber Primary School. We also contribute towards the annual Year 6 trip, the leavers yearbook, and the school gardener.

In 2018, the P&F raised an amazing £24,000 to install an activity trail (with soft flooring) in the Lordship Lane playground for Key Stage 1 and 2 children. This activity trail has proved to be hugely popular and helped to develop the children’s core strength, balance and coordination whilst having lots of fun! Previous to this, in 2017, the P&F contributed £10,000 to the transformation of the Nursery playground.
This year the P&F are raising money to go towards improving the acoustics, lighting, and performance equipment in the main hall. This is a space used by everyone in the school; for lunchtime, after-school clubs, meetings, performances and much much more. Improving this space will prove to be very beneficial to the school for many years to come.

The P&F committee comprises of the following parent volunteers:

  1. Co-Chairs: Pauline Goetz & Jennifer Moore
  2. Secretary: Anna Hook
  3. Treasurer: Vanessa Woodcock
  4. Communications Secretary: Natalie Jackman
  5. Sponsorship Secretaries: Jessica Blandford & Julie Baker

The P&F is completely reliant on you as volunteers! Hence, if you would like to be more involved simply speak to your class rep or e-mail

We look forward to hearing from you or seeing you all at the upcoming events!

Thank you for all your fabulous support!
